Graham Frost has spent the past twenty years of his career working in Learning and Development. This started when he was asked to become part of a team who would design and deliver a brand new induction programme for railway company GNER in the 1990s. This led Graham into management developmenitt, coaching and facilitation. GNER was the first railway company to receive Investors in People accreditation in 1998. In 2003, after seven years, during which he learned his craft and discovered his passion for helping others, Graham left GNER and set up as a freelance trainer, specialising in customer service improvement. He was asked to look at Southern Railway’s induction programme in 2004 and spent a year in their team. Graham also helped Hallmark Healthcare achieve ‘Hospitality Assured’ accreditation in 2004. In 2006, Graham took a job with Travelex Currency Services as a Learning and Development Consultant and worked there for five years. During that time he travelled around the U.K., Europe and the Middle East, designing and delivering training to help the company get the best from its people. One programme that Graham was responsible for won a Regional Award in the U.K. National Training Awards. Since 2010, Graham has delivered training and workshops on Mamagement and Supervisory Skills, Goal-Setting and many other soft skills for a variety of companies in the U.K. and Europe. He works as an associate trainer as well as with direct clients.
